2016 Wine Tasting Classes 

These classes are designed as a 90 minute experience beginning at 6:00.  Wine classes are on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  The cost is $25 per person and includes friendly and professional instruction, tasting of 5 wines paired with food bites, and a takeaway note sheet.  Space is limited; paid reservations are required. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 ~ Powerful Petites: Petite Syrah & Petite Verdot. In this class we will compare these two big petite styles. 

Wednesday, February 10, 2016 ~ Curious Cabernets: Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. In this class we will learn more about the differences in these cabs!

Wednesday, March 9, 2016 ~ Passion for Pinots: Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir. In this class we will explore white and red wines and what Pinot is all about!


Wednesday, April 13, 2016 ~ Blanc of Blanc: Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin Blanc. In this class we will explore these two grapes and learn just how different a blanc can be!

Wednesday, May 11, 2016 ~ Rosé in May...a favorite tradition! This class will explore some of the most popular styles of Rosé from around the world and we are willing to bet that even if you’re more on the ‘bold savory’ vs ‘fruit-forward’ end of the wine spectrum, there is probably a Rosé for you! 

Wednesday, June 8, 2016 ~ Summer Sippers: White Hot & Red Hot Summer. In this class we will explore white and red wines that are fun and funky varieties so your summer entertaining offers just a little more spice!

Wednesday, September 14, 2016 ~ Glorious Grenache: Blanc & Noir. In this class we will explore the red and white stylings from these family grapes.  

Wednesday, October 12, 2016 ~ Giddy about Gamay: What is the Beaujolais Nouveau Hubbub? In this class we will explore the Gamay and learn more about why the upcoming November international tradition is so celebrated!

Wednesday, November 9, 2016 ~ Thanksgiving Tasting: The Good Stuff(ing). In this class we will explore a few ideas to compliment your holiday meal…and surprise…it’s not about the bird!

Wednesday, December 14, 2016 ~ Holiday Flights and Bites - SPECIAL TASTING EVENT. This tasting will be a little different from our usual fun!  In this tasting you will be able to visit several stations (Bubbles, White Wine, Red Wine, Beer, Aperitifs and Digestives!) with different beverage and food pairings that will make for a great holiday season experience. The cost is $40 per person.  To reserve your glass for this event, CLICK HERE
